    Solution :

    Transcription is the formation of RNA from a DNA template. The RNA may be rRNA or tRNA which are used directly or mRNA which is translated into protein. The primary transcript from a typical eukaryotic gene contains introns as well as exons. Introns are removed from this primary transcript or pre mRNA by a process, called RNA splicing.
