    A)  In prokaryotes there are no membrane bound cell organelles.

    B)  Cells of all living organisms have a nucleus.

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

: Prokaryotes are single celled organisms which lack membrane bound cell organelles. They do not possess well organised nucleus as present in eukaryotic organisms, rather DNA is naked, lies freely in cytoplasm, and is known as nucleoid. According to cell theory, new cells develop by division of pre-existing cells. Cell wall is outer, rigid, protective covering present in plant cells but absent in animal cells.
