An individual in which a part of the body is male while the rest of it is female is known as Gynandromorph.  Usually   in  Drosophila mosaics for the sex chromosome, male part (XO) may range from a small section of the body to half of the body. A sterile organism whose secondary sex characters are intermediate between males and females of the species is known as intersex. A weak and almost completely sterile male individual exhibiting more intense secondary sex characters than normal males is known as super male.
