     Enamel is the hardest part of human body. It covers the dentine in the crown. There are two types of cells which are dentine forming odontoblasts and enamel forming ameloblasts. Enamel is ectodermal and made of 92% of inorganic substances. The inorganic substances are calcium phosphate (85%). calcium hydroxide, and calcium carbonate. Osteoblasts are bone forming cells found in all bone surface. These are small cells synthesize and secrete osteoid, an important part of ground substance.
