    A)  liver

    B)  pancreas

    C)  small intestine

    D)  large intestine

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

Kupffer cells are found in liver. These are interspersed amongst the endothelial cells. These are phagocytic cells and eat worn out WBCs and RBCs and bacteria. The exocrine part of pancreas consists of rounded lobules (acini) that secrete an alkaline pancreatic juice whereas the endocrine part consists of groups of islets of Langerhans. The islets of Langerhans contain alpha cells, beta cells, delta cells and PP cells. Peyers patches or lymph nodules are found in small intestine.
