    Solution :

                     Orbital velocity of satellite is given by \[{{v}_{0}}=\sqrt{\frac{GM}{R}}\Rightarrow {{v}_{o}}\propto \sqrt{\frac{1}{R}}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{R}}\] Hence, \[\frac{{{v}_{{{o}_{1}}}}}{{{v}_{{{o}_{2}}}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{R}_{2}}}{{{R}_{1}}}}=\sqrt{\frac{16R}{9R}}=4:3\]
