    Solution :

                     As, 8 enzyme molecules catalysed = 1000 substrate molecule \[\therefore \] 1 enzyme molecule will catalyse = 125 substrate molecules. Since in 5 minutes,80% of substrate converted into product ie,  \[\frac{125\times 80}{100}\]part of substrate is converted into product. \[\therefore \] In 1 minute, the number of molecules catalyses by 1 enzyme molecule \[=\frac{125\times 80}{100\times 5}=20\] Hence, die turnover of enzyme is 20.
