    D)  III, V, I, II, IV

    Correct Answer: D

    Solution :

Ceratophyllum plants have no roots at all, but sometimes they develop modified leaves with a root- like appearance, which anchor the plant to the bottom. Taeniophyllum is a leafless orchid with an extremely reduced stem and flattened assimilating roots. Rafflesia plant has no stems, leaves or true roots. It is an endoparasite of vines in the genus Terrastigma (Vitaceae), spreading its absorptive organ, the haustorium, inside the tissue of the vine. The only part of the plant that can be seen outside the host vine is the five petalled flower. Equisecum is the only living genius in the Equisetaceae, a family of vascular plants that reproduce by spores 12. Ceratophyllum plants have no roots at all, but rather than seeds. Gnetum is a genus of gymnosperms. They are tropical evergreen plants, shrubs and lianas. Unlike other gymnosperms they possess vessel elements in the xylem.
