     Normality of the mixed solution \[=\frac{{{N}_{1}}{{V}_{1}}+{{N}_{2}}{{V}_{2}}}{{{V}_{1}}+{{V}_{2}}}\] \[=\frac{0.6\times \frac{100}{100}+0.3\times \frac{200}{1000}}{\frac{100+200}{1000}}\] \[=\frac{0.6\times 0.1\times 0.3\times 0.2}{0.3}\] \[=\frac{0.06+0.06}{0.3}=\frac{0.12}{0.3}=0.4\,N\]
