    Let the oxidation state of \[Pt\]is\[x\]. \[[Pt{{(py)}_{4}}][PtC{{l}_{4}}]\] \[x+0\times 4+x+(-1)\times 4=0\] \[2x=4\]                               \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=+2\] Thus, it is the complex in which the central metal atom, \[Pt\] in cationic and amionic parts has same oxidation state.
