    \[\therefore \mu \varepsilon =4{{\mu }_{0}}{{\varepsilon }_{0}}\]
    \[\sqrt{\frac{{{\mu }_{0}}{{\varepsilon }_{0}}}{\mu \varepsilon }}=\frac{v}{c}=\frac{1}{2}\]
    \[\sin {{\theta }_{c}}=\frac{1}{2}\]
