    Solution :

    The formula for escape velocity is \[{{v}_{es}}=\sqrt{\frac{2GM}{R}}\] hence \[\frac{{{\upsilon }_{es(e)}}}{{{\upsilon }_{es(m)}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{M}_{e}}}{{{R}_{e}}}\times \frac{{{R}_{m}}}{{{M}_{m}}}}=\sqrt{\frac{81{{M}_{m}}}{3.5{{R}_{m}}}\times \frac{{{R}_{m}}}{{{M}_{m}}}}\]      \[=\sqrt{\frac{81}{3.5}}=4.81\]
