    Solution :

    Here we calculate the relative velocity of Jeep \[=153-45=108\,km\text{/}h\] \[=108\times \frac{5}{18}=30\,m\text{/}s\] Therefore, striking speed = relative speed of bullet with respect to thiefs car \[=180-30=150\text{ }m\text{/}s\]
