    \[\theta ={{\omega }_{0}}t+\frac{1}{2}\alpha \,{{t}^{2}}\] Given, \[\alpha =3.0\,rad\text{/}{{s}^{2}},\]\[{{\omega }_{0}}=2.0\,rad\text{/}s,\]\[t=2\,s.\] Hence,   \[\theta =2\times 2+\frac{1}{2}\times 3\times {{(2)}^{2}}\] or            \[\theta =4+6=10\,rad\]
