    A)  phenol < ethanol < chloroacetic acid < acetic acid

    B)  ethanol < phenol < chloroacetic acid < acetic acid

    C)  ethanol < phenol < acetic acid < chloroacetic acid

    D)  chloroacetic acid < acetic acid < phenol < ethanol
