    Since, \[r=\frac{\sqrt{2mqV}}{qB}=\sqrt{\frac{2mV}{q{{B}^{2}}}}=\frac{{{r}_{1}}}{{{r}_{2}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{m}_{1}}}{{{m}_{2}}}}\]                                                  \[\frac{{{m}_{1}}}{{{m}_{2}}}=\frac{r_{1}^{2}}{r_{2}^{2}}\] Hence,               \[\frac{{{m}_{1}}}{{{m}_{2}}}=\frac{{{(2)}^{2}}}{{{(3)}^{2}}}=\frac{4}{9}\]
