    B)  bundle sheath

    C)  both

    D)  none of the above

    Solution :

Crassulacean acid metabolirm (CAM) is found in succulent plants. In CAM plants \[C{{O}_{2}}\]is accepted in night vai Phosphoenol pyruvate   carboxylase   enzyme   in mesophyll cells. During night stomata open and \[C{{O}_{2}}\]is stored in vacuole in the form of malic acid next day the malik acid is decarboxy lated and \[C{{O}_{2}}\] is transfered to ribulose 1,5 biphosphate \[({{R}_{u}}BP)\] of the calvin cycle within the same cell.
