    A)  fermentation

    B)  respiration

    C)  Krebs' cycle

    D)  decomposition

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

The glycolysis is common path of aerobic and anaerobic respiration. The processes of anaerobic   respiration after glycolysis is called fermentation. It is mainly of two types, ie, alcoholic  fermentation  and  lactic add fermentation. Whereas the aerobic process after glycolysis is known as Krebs cycle. Decomposition is the breakdown of complex organic compound by micro-organisms into simpler molecules of availability.
