There is a shift in our economy from a manufacturing a service orientation. The increase in service sector will require the managers to work more with people rather than with objects and things from the assembly line. Hence, हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था उत्पादन से हस्तांतरित होकर सेवा अनुकूलित हो गयी है। सेवा क्षेत्र में वृद्धि होने से प्रंबधक को समानुक्रम (असेम्बली लाइन) में वस्तुओं और सामान की अपेक्षा व्यक्तियों के साथ कार्य करने की आवश्यकता होगी। अतः

A) managers should have a balanced mind. / प्रबंधक की मनोस्थिति संतुलित होनी चाहिए।
