Someone has filed an RTI query and you think the information - if made public - will reflect badly on the performance of the office. What do you do? किसी ने एक आर.टी.आई. के तहत् जानकारी मांगी है और आपको लगता है कि यदि इस जानकारी को सार्वजनिक किया, तो आपके कार्यालय की छवि खराब होगी। आप क्या करेंगे?

A) See if there is any way you can deny giving the information. / आप कोशिश करेंगे जानकारी न देनी पड़े।

B) Give only partial information hiding details that reflect poorly on your office. / अपने कार्यालय पर खराब प्रतिबिंब करने वाली जानकरी को छुपाकर केवल आंशिक जानकारी देंगे।

C) Try to informally contact the person and ask him to take back the query. / उस व्यक्ति से अनौपचारिक रूप से संपर्क करने की कोशिश करेंगे और आर.टी.आई. आवेदन वापस लेने के लिए कहेंगे।

D) Promptly give the appropriate information sought in the RTI query. / आर.टी.आई. में माँगी गयी सभी जानकारी तुरंत देंगे।
