While dealing with complaints of violation of Human Rights by the members of the armed forces, the Commission either on its own motion or on receipt of a pettion will: सशस्त्र बलों के सदस्यों द्वारा मानव अधिकारों के अतिक्रमण की शिकायतों के बारे में आयोग स्वप्रेरणा से या किसी अर्जी की प्राप्ति पर
