    \[B{{F}_{3}}\] and \[Al{{F}_{3}}\] show trigonal   symmetric structure due to \[s{{p}^{2}}\]-hybridisation.
    \[N{{F}_{3}}\] shows pyramidal geometry due to \[s{{p}^{3}}\] hybridisation.
