    We know that   \[v\propto \sqrt{T}\] Let tension has to be increased by\[x%\], then                 \[\frac{v+20%\,\,of\,\,v}{v}=\sqrt{\frac{T-x%\,of\,T}{T}}\]                                       \[\frac{6}{5}=\sqrt{\left( 1+\frac{x}{100} \right)}\]                                    \[\frac{36}{25}=1+\frac{x}{100}\] Thus, tension has to be increased by\[44%\].
