    Solution :

     \[({{E}_{1}}+{{E}_{2}})=x\times 58\]                       ...(i) where\[x=\]potential gradient and      \[({{E}_{1}}-{{E}_{2}})=x\times 29\]                 ...(ii) \[\frac{{{E}_{1}}+{{E}_{2}}}{{{E}_{1}}-{{E}_{2}}}=\frac{58}{29}=\frac{2}{1}\] \[\frac{{{E}_{1}}}{{{E}_{2}}}=3\]
