    Solution :

    According to question? \[{{x}_{1}}+{{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}}=16\times 4=64\]                     ... (1) \[\frac{{{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}}}{2}=23\] \[{{x}_{2}}+{{x}_{3}}+{{x}_{4}}=46\]                     ... (2) On solving eq. (1) and (2) \[{{x}_{1}}=64-46\] \[{{x}_{1}}=18\]
