    \[\Rightarrow \]                     \[(n-1)6=40\times 6+72\]
                                             \[=240+72\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]                          \[n-1=\frac{312}{6}=52\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]            \[n=52+1={{53}^{rd}}\] term
