    Solution :

    Self-inductance of the solenoid        \[\frac{1}{2}C{{V}^{2}}=\frac{1}{2}L{{l}^{2}}\]  \[C=\frac{L{{l}^{2}}}{{{V}^{2}}}\] = 1.5H
