    The capacity of given parallel plate capacitor is given by \[C=\frac{K{{\varepsilon }_{0}}A}{d}\propto \frac{K}{d}\]                 Hence, \[\frac{{{C}_{1}}}{{{C}_{2}}}=\frac{{{K}_{1}}}{{{K}_{2}}}\times \frac{{{d}_{2}}}{{{d}_{1}}}=\frac{K}{2K}\times \frac{d/2}{d}=\frac{1}{4}\] Therefore,      \[{{C}_{2}}=4{{C}_{1}}\]
