Oxytocin is the another hormone from posterior pituitary gland and stimulates the contraction of smooth muscle of myomatrium. LH and ACTH hormones secreted from anterior pituitary gland; LH helps in final maturation of ovarian folicle, and ACTH stimulates function of cortex of adrenal gland.
