    In erythroblastosis fetalis, the foetus is always \[R{{h}^{+}}\] and mother \[R{{h}^{-}}\]. During embryonic development the \[R{{h}^{+}}\] blood of foetus is mixed with \[R{{h}^{+}}\]blood of mother, i'.e. Rh-factor antibodies formed in mother blood which cause clumping of RBCs of foetus during next pregnancy.
