                     \[\frac{1}{2}\rho {{v}^{2}}=({{P}_{1}}-{{P}_{2}})\] \[\frac{1}{2}\times {{10}^{3}}\times {{v}^{2}}=(4.5\times {{10}^{5}}-4\times {{10}^{5}})\] \[{{v}^{2}}=0.5\times {{10}^{2}}\times 2\]                 \[=100\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[v=10\,m/s\]
