      Peptic ulcreation is an erosion a sore in the wall of GIT which is caused by increase amount of hydrochloric acid in stomach which is not neutralised by duodenal juices. Acidic secretion is also increased when the rate of secretion of gastric juice is more than degree of protection offered by gastro-duodenal mucosa.
