Sol.        The order of relative stabilities of carbocations is as follows: Tertiary > Secondary > Primary.   (i)                  It is a tertiary halide, so, the carbocation formed is comparatively more stab le marking the   compound more reactive. (ii)   It is a secondary halide. So, its carbocation is more stable than that of the primary halide.
