      Let fraction \[=\frac{2x}{3y}\] \[\therefore \]      \[\frac{2x-6}{3y}=\frac{2x}{3y}\times \frac{2}{3}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[(2x-6)\times 3=4x\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=9\]  \[\therefore \]      \[2x=2\times 9=18\]
