Eight parliamentarians were honoured by Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu for their contribution in strengthening parliamentary democracy. Naidu, while conferring the Lokmat Parliamentary Award, urged political parties to evolve a code of conduct for its members and not disrupt Parliament proceedings.
