"An International Labor Organization study shows that "while women represent 50 percent of the world adult population and a third of the official labor force they perform nearly two-third of all working hours, receive a tenth of world income and own less than one percent of world property' Therefore, reservation for women is not a bounty but only an honest recognition of their contribution to social development". Every political party for the last many years has been assuring its support to the Bill which disarms women activists. And then a farce rather than a tragedy is played out by so-called radical politicians, Jumping into the well of the House, tearing copies of the Bill and making impossible for proceedings to continue -the House gets adjourned, the Bill is thrown into the dustbin till it is revived in subsequent years with the same result. It is time this mockery stopped, considering more...

Swaminathan   Corruption in any form is treated as an incurable disease, a cause of many social and economical evils in the society and it damages the moral and ethical fibers of the civilization. Indisputably, it is correct that corruption breeds many evils in the society and once corruption starts taking place, slowly and gradually whole country passes through itsnet and it becomes after sometime an incurable disease. "It is a bitter truth that reservation has resulted in mediocrity anil repudiation of qualify. With the help of legislative support of reservation^ the ineligible have been promoted to the high posts and the better qualified with high marks have just been looking the injustice being done to them for no fault of theirs." The basic concept of providing reservation to downtrodden society called Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe, initially through our Constitution has altogether changed now. Reservation might have provided some relief to the people from poor and downtrodden sections who had scarce opportunities but the same could have been provided through subsidized better education and other support services. Once a concession or any kind of privilege is extended to a particular class it is impossible for any government to withdraw it in a democracy where voting decides the fate of any party. Indian democracy is called by some more...

"Holidays', holidays, holidays, approximately 170 days in a year our offices are closed." For every past leader who played some significant role in one or another sphere, holidays are declared. Declaring holidays has also become a political issue. Some of the holidays are of national significance, so can't be done away with. but we should consider to avoid unnecessary holidays. We wish to pay true homage to those great leaders in memory or reverence of them holidays have been declared who worked hard for our social and economic well-being. Paying respect and homage should not be associated with declaring holidays. As far as upholding the noble morals preached by these great leaders, can be well done in far better ways than declaring more...

The DOD officials wanted to create a fault tolerant Wide Area Network that could carry, command, and control information in the event of a nuclear war. Thorough research was made and the result was the Internet Protocol (IP) and ARPANET (Advance Research Projects Agency Network), though original aim of this research was military, it was soon used more...
