Consumerism is a term that describes the relations between personal happiness and possessing of the material things. Consumerism is also associated with the belief that the free choice of consumers should dictate the economic structure of a society. The theory of consumerism dictates that an increasing consumption of goods is economically beneficial. It also means to a movement that advocates greater protection of the interests of consumers. In many critical contexts the term is used to describe the tendency of people to identify strongly with products or services they consume, especially those with commercial brand names and obvious status-enhancing appeal, e.g. expensive automobile, rich jewelers. Punctuality is the soul of business. Punctuality is one of the cardinal business virtues, always insist on it in your subordinates.
