I am very careful about my health. I take my mealsregularly and exercise daily. It is rare that I fall ill. I do not like sickness but it does not care for your likes and dislikes. Since 1988, the World AIDS Day is held on December I every year. It is an international day to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS around the world.
